MESSTEC Power Converter GmbH (MPC) is a German company with headquarter in Penzberg near Munich.
MPC was founded in 1976 and is one of the leading specialists in developing and manufacturing of high-precision power supplies and high frequency components for lasers since 35 years.
MPC offers a wide product range of CW diode drivers, pulsed diode drivers, fast diode current modulators and CW power supplies for lamp pumped lasers as well as complete systems and customized solutions.
All devices utilize MPC's patented technology which is particularly suited for driving laser diodes with high accuracy and stability, excellent dynamic performance without overshoot or ringing and with high output impedance for protecting diodes from damaging.
Currently there are more than 105 different types of laser power supplies deliverable, devices with TEC driver and temperature controller for small laser diodes and devices with an output power of up to
3000 W and currents up to 250 A for high power laser diodes.
